Herma gave me a tour of the store to show me all the lovely foods that have just recently arrived from England, Spain and especially France. This delicacy from France was a favourite last year and we are excited to once again offer it at Herma’s. Four delicious crepes, ready to be enjoyed, as is, or as a dessert with whipped cream, fruit or ice cream. We recommend that you warm them ever so slightly.

Mini Apples in Brandy Syrup (pommes) – Mini Pears in Brandy Syrup (poires) – Morello Cherries in Kirsch Syrup (Griottes)  – Clementine in Vodka Syrup (mandarines) and Apricots with Amaretto Syrup (abricots)

Serve alone, with a biscuit, on top of vanilla ice cream, dipped in dark fondue or as a digestive with coffee.
