Spruce gains inspiration from a refreshing walk in the woods. It gives us the fragrance of spruce with slight undertones of fruit and spice.

This special designation status allows us to know that the production process and location of production stays true to how it was originally made years and years ago – so you can count on it being healthy with no nitrates in addition to being absolutely delicious.

These beloved, award-winning little jars of signature pairings have just recently arrived. Tried and true, we know many of you will be happy to hear of their return.

Pairing Suggestions – Just for Cheese at Herma’s

Raspberries with rose petals and Szechuan pepper should be paired with fresh and soft cheeses like buffalo mozzarella and feta.

Peaches & Apricots with Goji berries and Guatemalan cardamom should be paired with soft ripened cheese like Brie de Meaux, Chateau de Bourgogne, Brillat Savarin and Camembert.

Black Figs with Australian macadamia nuts and Jamaican allspice should be paired with blue cheese like Roquefort and Gorgonzola.

Golden Apples with tender pistachios from Turkey and Sri Lankan cinnamon should be paired with a hard paste cheese like Gouda, Manchego, Parmigiana and Pecorino Romano.

Dreamfarm’s Flisk

A whisk worth taking. It twists to create 3 whisks from 1!

Twist the Flisk to create different shapes – a large balloon whisk for whipping, a sauce whisk for shallow liquids, and a flat whisk for deglazing. This will save on space and cleaning.

Window Display – Introducing Sookey!

A husky over three feet tall sits in our window display exuding a love of winter and holiday magic. Gordon and Janis have named him Sookey and he will be available to anyone who would like to purchase him to take home the week prior to Christmas. 10% of his purchase price will go toward the Humane Society.
