Truffle Condiment Discovery Range
Six truffle condiments are included in this lovely collection as described below.
Truffle Acacia Honey
We start with Acacia honey, which is much slower to crystallize than other varieties of honey, giving it a luxuriously smooth texture. We then blend the honey with the highest quality White Truffle shavings.
How should I use it?
This product works equally well for sweet & savoury dishes. Perfect for salad dressings and glazes, or as an accompaniment to cheese and cured meat.
Truffle Dust
A light and powdery seasoning infused with black truffle.
How should I use it?
Sprinkle your Truffle Dust over any dish. Works especially well on meat, fish or vegetable dishes to create an amazing Umami experience.
Black Truffle Mustard
We begin with an authentic Dijon mustard produced in Dijon, France. This mustard was selected for it’s mild heat. The mustard is then expertly infused with highest quality European Black Truffles (Tuber Aestivum).
How should I use it?
Spread it on everything! Perfect for adding depth to burgers salad dressings.
Black Truffle Ketchup
A rich tomato ketchup made from sun ripened tomatoes and a blend of herbs and spices. The ketchup is then expertly blended with the highest quality European Black Truffles (Tuber Aestivum).
How should I use it?
We recommend trying with chips, or as a secret ingredient in tomato soup.
Black Truffle Mayonnaise
We begin with our unique mayonnaise which uses free-range eggs and locally sourced extra virgin rapeseed oil. d creamy mayonnaise. The mayonnaise is expertly infused with the highest quality Black truffles (Tuber Aestivum).
How should I use it?
Add to your chips, or simply spread it on your favourite sandwich. If you’re feeling adventurous, try using it as a base for marie rose tartar, thousand island dressing or remoulade sauces.
Flaked Black Truffle Sea Salt
We start with pure Sea Salt flakes harvested from Cornish seawater. The seawater is filtered to remove impurities and gently heated to form the salt flakes. It is then expertly blended with highest quality European Black Truffle (Tuber Aestivum). We selected these delicate, mineral-rich salt flakes because of their unique hit on the palette which quickly withdraws and then enhances the flavour of the Black Truffle.
How should I use it?
Use to complement and transform any dish. The salt flakes melt much quicker than traditional salt crystals, making them particularly good in sauces, marinades or rubs.
We also carry full sized jars of most of the above.
Truffle Oil Gift Set
The highest quality truffles shaved and expertly blended with cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil. Cold-pressing produces less oil than heated pressing but ensures that the delicate flavours & aromas are not damaged.
Use as a finishing oil to dress dishes before serving. Although the uses are endless, we recommend drizzling on pasta, pizza and risotto.
Salted almonds with Summer Truffle

Serving suggestion
After cooking, leave for a few minutes then serve in soup dishes or bowls and drizzle. We suggest adding a few slices of summer truffles and shavings of Parmesan cheese.
Black Truffle Tagliatelle
A subtle hint of black truffle may be had with each and every bite. This pasta should be cooked in lightly salted boiling water for 4-5 minutes. Drain and toss with a tablespoon of Black Truffle Oil. Finish with finely grated parmigiana.
