Made in small batches, Bittermilk’s award-winning Cocktail Mixers were created by two bartenders who hail from the infamous watering hole, Gin Joint of Charleston, South Carolina. Simply add booze to these cocktail mixers and serve. Blood Brother
Ingredients: 1 Part Scotch – 1 Part Soda Water – 1 Part BITTERMILK No.5
Build over ice. Garnish with lemon peel.
Bourbon Barrel Aged Old Fashioned
Ingredients: 4 Parts Bourbon or Rye – 1 Part BITTERMILK No. 1
Stir with ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with orange twist.
Burning Orchid
Ingredients: 4 Parts Dry Cider – 1 Part BITTERMILK No. 3
Build ingredients over ice in a tall glass.
Charred Grapefruit Margherita
Ingredients: 1 Part Tequila – 1 Part Bittermilk No.5
Shake ingredients with lots of ice. Strain into a cocktail glass, and garnish with a lime wedge or peel.
Charred Grapefruit Tonic
Ingredients: 1 Part White Rum or Vodka – 1 Part Soda Water – 1 Part BITTERMILK No.5
Build in a glass over ice. Garnish with lime wedge.
Handsome Devil
Ingredients: 1 Fresh Strawberry, halved – 3 Parts Silver Tequila – 2 Parts BITTERMILK No.5
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into stemmed glass. Garnish with a strawberry.
La Cabra
Ingredients: 1 Part Tequila – 1 Part BITTERMILK No. 3
Shake with lots of ice. Pour into a rocks glass.
No. 1 Julip
Ingredients: 1 Part Bittermilk No.1 – 2 Parts Bourbon – Mint
Muddle mint with Bittermilk No.1 and bourbon. Add crushed ice, and garnish with a mint sprig.
Peacemaker
Ingredients: 1 Part BITTERMILK No. 1 – 2 Parts Campari – 4 Parts Bourbon
Stir with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass.
Pinky Swear
Ingredients: 3 Parts Gin – 2 Parts BITTERMILK No.5 – Mint
Shake ingredients with fresh mint and lots ice. Garnish with a mint sprig.
Rumbullion
Ingredients: 4 Parts Aged Rum – 1 Part BITTERMILK No. 1 – Stir with ice in a rocks glass
Smoked Honey Whiskey Sour
Ingredients: 1 Part Bourbon or Rye – 1 Part BITTERMILK No. 3
Shake with lots of ice. Pour into rocks glass. Garnish with lemon twist.
Swamp Angel
Ingredients: Champagne – splash BITTERMILK No. 2
Pour Champagne into flute, add a splash of No. 2.
The Bearded Bee
Ingredients: 2 Parts Gin – 1 Part BITTERMILK No. 3 – 1 Part Yellow Chartreuse
Shake with lots of ice. Strain into a cocktail glass.
The Elderflower
Ingredients: 1 Part Scotch Whisky – 1 Part BITTERMILK No. 2 – 1 Part Soda Water
Build in a tall glass. Stir with straw.
The Weekender
Ingredients: 4 Parts Light Rum – 3 Parts BITTERMILK No. 2 – 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Shake with lots of ice. Strain into a cocktail glass.
Tom Collins with Elderflower and Hops
