Victoria Day Long Weekend is a great time to have fun with friends, celebrate the arrival of warm weather, do yard work, and, if it applies to you, a time to open up the cottage. Be sure to visit Herma’s for delicious foods that will make celebrating this weekend enjoyable.

Our favourite side for steaks?

Potato Dauphinoise may be found in our freezer section. They are really the best we have ever tried and only need to be heated. A delicious, creamy side to accompany your grilled steak.

Manoucher’s Artisan Bread

What we carry…

Manoucher Baguette (long and short) The classic Parisian baguette for picnics, al fresco dining and in-door dining.

Manoucher Basil Folded Loaf is folded around the finest fresh and dried basil and fragrant olive oil. Makes a beautiful sandwich bread. We love them with ham, gouda and an aioli spread.

Manoucher’s Flat Bread (with Poppy seed, Sesame Seed, Garlic and Onion). A tasty, crispy bread that may be used for dipping into Garlic Expressions and also the perfect side for soups.

Persian Noon Loaf is a hand shaped and folded bread with feta cheese, olive oil and basil. Another lovely bread great for sandwiches or sliced into finger sandwiches and enjoyed all by themselves.

Pizza Crust from Manoucher is a wonderful canvas from which to create a yummy pizza. It also makes a pretty cheese and charcuterie base that is edible as seen in the picture.
