We have so much to be thankful for and it is at this time that we like to meditate on all the many blessings we experience on a daily basis – delicious foods, spending time with friends and family, and living in a peaceful country are just a few.

Giving Back – Silent Auction Results

It is also at this time of Thanksgiving that we feel it is important to consider those that are not so fortunate. That being said, it has been a privilege to sponsor a silent auction for the Cornerstone Family Violence Prevention Centre. Last month we were able to raise $1450.00.

We would like to thank all those that participated in the silent auction – Ste. Anne’s Spa and ZimArt for providing items for bid and also to our high bidders who are listed below. Your contribution will support families that are experiencing upheaval and trauma.

Cathy recommends…

Place a large piece of parmesan cheese and cheese shredder on top of a small cheese board. Have them wrapped as a gift basket. Voila. A beautiful gift!.

Of course other cheeses would do nicely as well. We have a beautiful selection from which to choose.

Gordon recommends…

Gordon is always amazing us with his ability to wrap gifts and his wrapped gift certificates are no exception. No need to make decisions about gift buying. They are all ready to go!
