Crossroad Farms Sheep Milk Gouda
This is a creamy gouda cheese that we make on behalf of Crossroad Farms using all of their sheep’s milk. This gouda is made in Dutch tradition with a wax coating and aged for six months until it’s delicate flavours develop. – Gunn’s Hill Dairy, Woodstock, Ontario
You will love this ewe’s milk cheese from Back Forty Artisan Cheese in Mississippi Station, Ontario. It has a creamy, buttery texture and a mild flavour with a surprise at the end. Will be sampled this Friday.
This lovely goat cheese is from Albert’s Leap in Vaughan, Ontario. It is bright, fresh & tangy, with a touch of earthiness from the ash running through the middle.

Bleu d’Élizabeth Jalapeño Salami
Bleu d’Élizabeth Jalapeño Salami is the newest product from Sharbot Lake’s Seed to Sausage charcuterie company. They have shrewdly paired hot jalapeños, tangy dry salami and pungent Bleu d’Élizabeth cheese (which was recently awarded the best blue cheese in Canada) together to create a delicious sausage with a fiery bite. We sell them individually or in a large pack.
