Turkeys and Capons
Turkeys: Small 15 lbs. – Medium 18 lbs. – Large 20 lbs.
Capons: Small 7 lbs. – Medium 9 lbs. – Large 10 lbs.
General rule is to plan 1 lb. per guest.
You may also order Gravy (400 ml /900 ml), Stuffing (2 lbs ) and Cranberries (440 ml).
Deadline to order – Wednesday, October 4th by 12 p.m./Earliest Pick up date – Friday, October 6th.
