Queso de Oveja Trufado (Sheep with Truffles)

Very similar in appearance to Manchego, this sheep’s milk cheese from Spain is infused with truffles and has a rich, intense, balanced flavour. Pairs well with Rioja.

Le Dournier

This semi-soft cheese from Quebec offers a texture that  is smooth and supple. It’s filled with small eyes and has a layer of vegetable ash running through the middle. Its aromas are earthy, milky and rustic, while the flavors are creamy and mild.

Chateau de Bourgogne

This is a very popular rich, creamy, buttery triple cream from Burgundy, France. Absolutely heavenly spread on Herma’s Homemade Crostini and enjoyed with a glass of Champagne. You may want to consider adding one of our delicious fruity cheese condiments to this soft white cheese.

It’s back…Double Gloucester with Blue Stilton (from England) layers the two cheeses together to produce a smooth, nutty cheese with the creamy tang of blue cheese. This orange and white striped cheese is pretty placed on a cheese platter.

Just in time for spring…Feta and Haloumi, great used in Greek salads or on a Mediterranean board with pita bread, hummus and Tzatziki.

Herma’s Signature Products

Herma’s Signature Products would be a lovely addition while entertaining this Easter. Consider serving Stilton Pate, Sundried Tomato Dip, Lemo-licious and/or Seafood Medley in pretty crystal with garnish.

Delicatessen-style Porchetta Ham from Italy (sweet with a touch of smoke) may be sliced to your liking by Janis, Margaret or Herma. Try placing in pretty folds on buttered slices of baguette or create small bite-size sandwiches. Other meats that may be sliced are Prosciutto and Fennel Salami.
