his special cheese is aged for at least five months, then refined for two additional months in the Langa vineyards where it is coated with pressed grapes used to make Barolo wine. The combination of pressed grapes and crumbly cheese presents us with a flavour that is buttery and sharp with the added sweetness that can only be found in wine. This is one cheese that would be both beautiful presented on a cheese board as a pre-dinner appetizer –or- on a cheese plate after the main course has been served. Pair with a full bodied red.


Parrano is aged for five months, developing its nutty  Parmigiano-Reggiano flavors, while also maintaining the firm, smooth texture of a young Gouda. This perfect combination brings you the best of both worlds – a cheese that is full of flavor and versatile enough to cut, grate and melt. – Parrano
