February 13th from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m., $24.99 + tax pp, limited seating

Made in the medieval Spanish city of Valladolid, Iberico Semicured Cheese is made with the unique mixture of cow’s milk (50%), goat’s milk (30%), and sheep’s milk (10%). The mixture of the 3 milks provide Iberico with the best aspects of each individual milk.
