This smokey version of a Caesar is made with Mezcal and Saltspring Kitchen’s Morita + Espresso + Chipotle hot sauce.
- Run a lime around the rim of a tall highball and roll in celery salt.
- Fill glass with ice and add the following…
- 1-ounce Mezcal (Tequila)
- Splash of Worcestershire sauce and Salt Spring Kitchen Co. Morita, Espresso and Chipotle Hot Sauce to taste
- Top with Clamato juice
- Garnish with bacon and Candied Jalapenos
