Chateau d’Estoublon Olive Oil

This French olive oil created in Provence smells of fresh grass and freshly-mown hay, artichokes and almonds. Starts off smooth with a peppery finish. Enjoy with grilled fish, seafood, white meats, poultry, raw, steamed or sautéed vegetables, fresh pasta and goat cheeses. It is housed in a special edition bottle from the Couture Collection – beautiful displayed in the kitchen or given as a gift.

The exciting flavours of these sauces from Quebec make the perfect replacements for your average, boring condiments. 

How they may best be used…

Jalapeno Ranch

Perfect used as a dressing or dipping sauce. Put jalapeño ranch on your wings, pizza, vegetables, potatoes, the possibilities are endless. Gluten free.

Jalapeño BBQ Sauce

The mix of Cajun spices, apples, and smoked jalapeños brings a nice balance of sweet and spicy that is great on anything. Try this spicy bbq sauce on pork ribs, steak, grilled chicken, and even eggs in the morning. Vegan and gluten free.

Jalapeño Dijonnaise

This sauce is the ultimate marriage of Dijon mustard and mayonnaise with a subtle jalapeño kick. Perfect for any sandwich, marinade or salad dressing. Gluten free.

Jalapeño Hot Sauce (the original Smoke Show sauce)

With a delicious blend of lightly smoked jalapeño peppers and a hint of Canadian maple syrup, this hot sauce is smoky, saucy and slightly sweet. Try it on sandwiches, pizza, oysters, mixing as a marinade or salad dressing for a sweet kick.

Jalapeño Aioli Sauce

Smoke Show Aioli which is made with lightly smoked jalapeño peppers – a great replacement for mayonnaise. Put your aioli on a burger, in a sandwich, in a potato salad or even as a vegetable dip.

Cafiti’s Vegetables (steamed and pickled)

Pickled Beets – Spicy Pickled Cauliflower – Pickled Vegetables – Fruit Ketchup – Sweet Bread & Butter Pickles – Spicy Apricots & Jalapeños Jelly

These flavorful vegetables are wholesome and made garden fresh using Grandma’s recipes. Serve alongside salads, barbecued foods and spreads for entertaining. Herma has been known to offer them up in pretty long-stemmed glasses.

Janis has made sure to offer an amazing, varied selection of amazing cheeses from soft to hard, brie to blue, Gouda to Pecorino, cow to goat. And that’s not all! We carry everything that will provide you with all you need to create the most amazing cheese and charcuterie platters including the platters themselves and all the condiments you could ever dream of wanting. Come and see for yourself!

We recommend Moliterno di Central al Tartufo, a pecorino enhanced with Italian black truffles which is produced in Basilicata and Sardinia. The truffle is injected in the paste of the semi-aged cheese before it’s fully aged. Enjoy this lovely cheese with a full bodied red.
