Locally made in Northumberland County by Richard and Isabella.

We prepare Neapolitan pizza the old fashioned way, as it would have been done centuries ago. The dough is composed of four ingredients: water, flour, salt, and yeast…Pizzas cook in our wood-fired oven for 60-120 seconds, yielding a final product that is soft and supple, not dried out and crunchy as is often the case with other styles of pizza. Blistered but pliable, chewy yet delicate, a perfectly cooked Neapolitan pizza. – The Vintage Pizza Pie Co.
Cooks from frozen in just 5 to 8 minutes.

At Herma’s find…

Chateau de Bourgogne is back!

We love this  very rich, creamy, buttery triple crème from Burgundy – a decadent cheese to spread on a baguette or cracker. Pair with Champagne or Prosecco.

Raclette de Savoie

No photo description available.

Raclette de Savoie is an ancient mountain cheese common in the Savoie region in France and the canton of Valais in Switzerland. It derives its name from racler, meaning to scrape, which describes the way the local people cut this cheese.

It has a pleasant flavor but it gets particularly tasty when heated in front of a fire or under a hot grill (like with a Raclette machine). Only then does  the full aroma of this amazing cheese intensify.

The French traditionally enjoy this cheese poured over foods like small potatoes, prosciutto, pickled vegetables, cooked sausages, cauliflower, broccoli, thinly sliced zucchini, sliced mushrooms, sliced pears, apples and a toasty slice of baguette.

If you are wanting to host a Raclette party and need a Raclette machine, keep in mind that we have a variety from which to choose.
