Herma’s Fine Foods & Gifts
To the mind that is still, the whole universe surrenders. -Lao Tzu
While it is still February everywhere else, an air of spring has sprung at Herma’s with the arrival of Michel Design’s NEW spring lotions, soaps, candles, pillows, tea towels, paper placemats, aprons and more.
Nothing is more classic than rose, but with a fresh design and the scent of rose and amber, it’s a new take on tradition. With this fragrance expect notes of rose, amber, apple, vanilla, and musk.
Sophisticated sepia tones mixed with black and white bring pure dramatic elegance to every room in the house. Expect gardenia and plum blossom with swirls of bergamot and toffee.
Serene colors and harmonious shapes create a relaxing, spa-like atmosphere that’s welcome both indoors and out. Expect a soothing combination of freesia and Asian pear with hints of musk, vanilla and coconut.
New bunnies are here! At your request – and right in time for Easter and spring – we’re introducing a sweet, serene design that’s sure to bring a smile. Expect primrose, magnolia, honeysuckle, and apple with base notes of mimosa and musk.
A burst of colorful flowers, butterflies, and greenery evokes the feel of a summer garden all year long. Expect a bouquet of white flowers and tuberose touched with honey, coconut and mimosa.

White Dragon (Bell Peppers, Wood-Fired Mushrooms, Spring Onion, Sharp Cheddar , Mozzarella & Basil Pine Nut Pesto all on an Alfredo Base) – Mushroom Parmesan (Wood Fired Mushrooms, Parmesan, Mozarella all on a Creamy Base) – Prosciutto Honey Truffle (Prosciutto, Parmesan, Romano, Ricotta, Mozzarella Honey and Truffle Oil all on a Creamy Base) – The Carnivore (San Marzano Milled Tomatoes, Hungarian Salami, Prosciutto, Bacon, Bocconcini Mozzarella) – Classic Margherita (San Marzano Milled Tomatoes, Basil & Buffalo Mozzarella)
We love this very rich, creamy, buttery triple crème from Burgundy – a decadent cheese to spread on a baguette or cracker. Pair with Champagne or Prosecco.
As this cheese sells quickly, feel free to call to check for availability.
Raclette de Savoie is an ancient mountain cheese common in the Savoie region in France and the canton of Valais in Switzerland. It derives its name from racler, meaning to scrape, which describes the way the local people cut this cheese.
It has a pleasant flavor but it gets particularly tasty when heated in front of a fire or under a hot grill (like with a Raclette machine). Only then does the full aroma of this amazing cheese intensify.
The French traditionally enjoy this cheese poured over foods like small potatoes, prosciutto, pickled vegetables, cooked sausages, cauliflower, broccoli, thinly sliced zucchini, sliced mushrooms, sliced pears, apples and a toasty slice of baguette.
