Chili Citrus Seafood Skewers Recipe from Gourmet du Village

This recipe is found in the Gourmet du Village Chili Citrus Marinade Seasoning booklet.


– ½ pound thawed shrimp
– ½ pound thawed scallops
-1/2 pouch (16g/0.55oz) Gourmet Du Village Chili Citrus Marinade Seasoning 
– 45 ml (3 tbsp) Olive Oil
 –23 ml (1.5 tbsp) lemon juice (about 1/2 squeezed lemon)
Toss marinade seasoning & liquids with 1/2 pound thawed shrimp and 1/2 pound thawed scallops.
Let marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour (sealed Ziploc-type bag makes it easy).
Build skewers alternating seafood.
Grill over medium heat until the seafood is cooked through, turning halfway. Approximately 8-10 minutes.
For full pouch, double the recipe to season equivalent of 2 pounds of seafood.
Shrimp and scallops may be found in our freezers.
