Dear Customers,

We personally can’t wait to take advantage of the coziness and fun that may be had this time of year.

These special items are made of soft knitted yarn giving those we love the warmth of something like an embrace. With ready-to-gift packaging, these pieces are thoughtful keepsakes for friends and family on special occasions or just because. We especially love the Giving Heart Pillow as its weight is supposed to replicate the feeling of receiving a real hug.

The Bread Cloche

The curve of its lid exactly recreates the dome of traditional bread ovens, giving the bread the correct humidity level it requires as it bakes. This will provide you with crispy crusts and moist interiors that rival any bakery. What’s more? This dish may also be used for roasting meats and veggies too.

Garlic Expressions – The Ultimate Secret Weapon

May be an image of drink

We love to dip our bread in this vinaigrette infused with pickled garlic cloves. Also delicious in a salad, as a marinade for meat and veggies and in a pasta sauce. This vinaigrette, offering a scrumptious garlicy explosion, is the ultimate secret weapon to keep in your  kitchen!

Cheval Noir de L’Isle

The smooth semi-firm dough of this raw, cow’s milk cheese from Quebec has the pleasant smell of slightly tart fresh milk and undergrowth as it ages. In the mouth it reveals a melting texture with a taste of butter and hazelnut. Its edible, flamboyant, black rind has a flowery and ashy crust.

Moliterno aux Tartufo

Food writer Josh Ozersky once described truffles’ aroma as a combination of newly plowed soil, fall rain, burrowing earthworms, and the pungent memory of lost youth and old love affairs. What an apt description!

This pasteurized sheep’s milk from the Mediterranean island of Sardinia is aged for two months before being injected with ground black truffles that give the paste a bold, rich flavor and a striking veined appearance.

This fabulous truffle cheese is a showstopper on a cheese platter and absolutely delicious grated into scrambled eggs, shredded on top of a baked potato, crumbled on a juicy steak, placed on a white pizza and mixed into a mushroom risotto.

Rumor has it that Gordon is going to top his Vintage Pizza Pie, Prosciutto Truffle Honey, with Moliterno aux Tartufo for extra truffle punch. We’ll have to find out how he liked it.

Of course, I enjoy a slice all by itself with a nice glass of aged, red wine.

We are excited to have a NEW 9 year-old Mapledale White Cheddar – sharp and tasty!

Rose Petal Jam

Try spreading our homemade crostini, hot from the oven, with a soft creamy cheese and top with rose petal jam. The incredible creaminess of the cheese will blend perfectly with the delicate, floral sweet and exotic flavor of this lovely jam. It may fast become one of your favorite cheese combinations.

It is also lovely served on top of firm cheeses like Pecorino, Manchego or Parmigiana.

Another crowd favorite? Truffle Honey drizzled over Pecorino. Add some spicy Italian salami and you’ll have a beautiful cheese plate.
