NEW Arrival...Le Rebellion 1837 from Montebello, Quebec is a blue-veined, cow’s milk cheese that tastes of cream, salted butter and mushrooms. Winner of the Bronze category at the 2016 World Cheese Awards, prizewinner at the British Empire Cheese Show 2015 and laureate in the Sélection CASEUS contest 2014 and 2017. Ask Janis about this beauty, not yet sliced.
Charcuterie
Have prosciutto, porchetta ham and fennel salami sliced the way you like in our Cheese Shop. Also find all sorts of other packaged hams, salami, chorizo and more that will make your picnic or lakeside grazing a delight.
A favourite snack?
Find both sweet and spicy Chorizo from Spain in our coolers – each lovely with slices of baguette, Manchego and a drizzle of balsamic.
Herma’s Signature Products
Herma’s Signature Products are made from scratch weekly in her kitchen. Her dips and spreads will be amazing added to your cheese platter, packed away for a picnic or enjoyed as a midnight snack.
The Stilton Pâté is delicious, especially when accompanied by steak, baked Potatoe and asparagus. We enjoy it on a cracker all by its lonesome.
