Build over ice.
Ingredients
1 Part Ceder’s Classic
2 Parts Premium Tonic
Serve In a glass & garnish with a slice of lemon & a sprig of Rosemary.
Cedar’s Crisp and Tonic
Build over ice.
Ingredients
1 Part Ceder’s Crisp
2 Parts Premium Tonic
Serve in a glass & garnish with a slice of cucumber & a sprig of mint.
Cedar’s Wild & Tonic
Build over ice.
Ingredients
1 Part Ceder’s Wild
2 Parts Premium Tonic
Serve in a glass and garnish with a slice of grapefruit and a sprig of basil.
Cedar’s Pink Rose & Tonic
Build over ice.
Ingredients
1 Part Ceder’s Pink Rose
2 Parts Premium Tonic
Serve in a glass and garnish with raspberries and a sprig of mint.
Cedar’s On the Beach
Build before adding ice.
Ingredients
65ml Ceder’s Wild
50ml Cranberry Juice
5ml Melon Syrup
7.5ml Lemon Juice
Pour all ingredients into the glass and stir to combine. Add cubed ice to fill and stir gently to chill. Then top with more ice if required.

Build over ice before straining.

10ml Lemon Juice
5ml Gomme
12-14 Mint Leaves
Shake all ingredients over cubed ice and fine strain into a chilled coupette. Garnish with a large floating mint leaf.
Cederberg Brew
Build over ice before straining.
Ingredients
50ml Ceder’s Crisp
25ml Jasmine Tea (Cold)
10ml Elderflower Cordial
10ml Lime Juice
Shake all ingredients over cubed ice and fine strain into a chilled coupette. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Deep in the Valley
Build over ice.

50ml Ceder’s Classic
40ml Red Grape Juice
15ml Orange Juice
8 Droplets Tonka Bean Non-Alcoholic Bitters
Build in glass over cubed ice and stir gently to chill. Garnish with a thick orange twist.
Disarmed 75
Shake most ingredients with ice before straining.

10ml Lemon Juice
10ml Simple Syrup
Top With Sparkling White Grape Juice
Shake all ingredients (except sparkling grape juice) with cubed ice and fine strain into a chilled flute. Top with sparkling grape juice and stir gently to combine. Garnish with a lemon twist and a cocktail cherry on a cocktail stick.
Smoky Wild
Ingredients
65ml Ceder’s Wild
50ml Pineapple Juice
10ml Ginger Cordial
2.5ml Winter Spiced Syrup
5 Droplets Oak Smoke Non-Alcoholic Bitters
Dry shake all ingredients. Then follow with a brief wet shake over cubed ice. Fine strain into a chilled coupette. Garnish with a sage leaf surrounded by 3 drops of Oak Smoke Bitters.
Wild Tahini
Shake with ice before straining.

60ml Ceder’s Wild
15ml Jasmine Tea (Cold)
10ml Earl Grey Tea Syrup
10ml Lemon Juice
Shake all ingredients over cubed ice and fine strain into a chilled coupette. Garnish with a floating (edible) flower.
Valley Spritz
Ingredients
65ml Ceder’s Crisp
50ml Cloudy Apple Juice
50ml Cucumber Juice
7.5ml Lavender Syrup Top with Tonic Water
Pour ingredients (except tonic water) into a glass and stir to combine. Add ice cubes and tonic water. Stir gently to combine. Garnish with 4 red apple half-moons and a lime wheel. Place sprig of Lavender in glass.
Garden Fields
Build over cubed ice.

5ml Pink Rhubarb Cordial
100ml Mediterranean Tonic
Build in a wine glass with cubed ice. Garnish with a rhubarb ribbon.
Sun & Delight
Ingredients
50ml Ceder’s Pink Rose
3 Raspberries
2.5ml Agave Syrup
10ml Pink Grapefruit Juice
Mix, shake and strain in a rocks glass over cubed ice. Top with raspberry kombucha garnish with a rose petal.
Rose Spritz
Ingredients
50ml Ceder’s Pink Rose
25ml Pink Grapefruit Tonic
75ml N/Alc Sparkling Wine
Build in a wine glass with cubed ice. Garnish with a grapefruit slice.
Pink & Peach
Ingredients
50ml Ceder’s Pink Rose
35ml Peach Iced Tea
50ml Mediterranean Tonic
Build in a highball with cubed ice. Garnish with a slice of peach and a sprig of rosemary.
