Le Fleurmier de Charlevoix (Quebec)
Rich and velvety, this cow’s milk cheese features subtle aromas with earthy buttery notes, and a pleasant mushroomy-buttery taste.
Brie de Meaux (France)
Enjoyed by royalty since the Middle Ages and nicknamed “King of Cheese” in the 19th century, Brie de Meaux is made from raw, unpasteurized cow’s milk. It boasts a rich, creamy flavour with hints of fruit and nuts.
