Coeur du Berry

Coeur du Berry by Fromagerie Jacquin is a heart-shaped goat’s milk cheese that is made in the small village of La Vernelle, South of the Loire River. This cheese is an ode to the neighboring village of Saint Valentin. It has a greyish-blue wrinkly natural rind and an oozy white pâte that is striking. Its milky aroma is refreshing and its mild tangy and savoury flavour with subtle notes of hazelnut and strawberry is delightful.

L’Attrappe Cœur

This is a heart-shaped brie from Gatineau, Québec that has a velvety bloomy rind reminiscent of white mushrooms and a milky and chalky paste that may ooze as it ripens to perfection. Mild, chalky and fresh when young, it develops beautiful aromas of mushrooms and root vegetables when ripe.

Honey Blue Cheese

This is an Italian pasteurized cow’s milk blue cheese aged with wildflower mead and then covered with beeswax.

Finoocchiona Toscana IGP (Fennel Salami)

Finocchiona Toscana IGP is one of the most famous and celebrated cured meats in Tuscany. The designation of IGP means that its production is strictly regulated, using only high-quality pork from Italy. Its reputation dates back to the Middle Ages as it was enjoyed by the Medici family and also Leonardo Da Vinci. This beautiful salami’s unique Tuscan flavour of spice and fennel comes to fruition during its aging process.
