Herma’s daughter, chef Renee Ender-Amir, and sous chef Herma will be preparing a bountiful spread involving sumptuous anti pasta trays, gourmet pizzas and beautiful pastas using a wide variety of our Jesse Tree Products. They’ll also have lots to share concerning how to serve and prepare their foods.

Greetings from the cheese heads at Herma’s!
Some of our Christmas cheese orders will be drifting in soon! When I say soon, I’m talking this upcoming Friday.
Some ships have made it across the briny blue Atlantic with these precious wheels of cheese and are making their way to our shelves. It’s very exciting for us…almost like our little friends are coming home speaking everything from Italian, German and yes, French…ooh-la-la!
We have everything coming, from your favorite Stiltons, to cheeky little Camemberts, and a whole lot in between.
Pepe Nero e Bacche Rosa from Beppino Occelli
Come in this Saturday and enjoy a sample of Beppino Occelli’s Pepe Nero e Bacche Rosa (Black and Pink Peppercorn) cheese. This flavourful cow and sheep milk cheese matures four months on boards of wood from the valley of the Valcasotto deep in the heart of the Piedmonte region of Italy.
We will also be sampling a creamy goat cheddar from Fifth Town Cheese that is just perfect, local and not goaty at all.
This is just the start! Come enjoy and say hello to us at the back of the store in the cheese department!
