The holiday season has begun for many. This makes us excited for lots of reasons.

Last Thursday was the start of our Holiday Gift with Purchase. We have so enjoyed offering these gifts to those spending $50 or more as it gives us a chance to show appreciation for the support and friendship you have given us throughout the year.

Also this week we are excited to introduce Chef Zak who has teamed up with Herma to offer two delicious Christmas dinners. And oh, all the beautifully packaged Italian cookies, chocolate and Panettone cakes! Come see all we have to offer.

Slices of Brined and Roasted free-range Turkey – Mashed Potatoes – Rosemary Glazed Carrots – Stuffing (made with Sausage, Cranberries, Sage, and Focaccia Bread) – Homemade Turkey Gravy – Winter Salad (with shaved Brussel Sprouts, Pomegranate, Apple, Pumpkin Seeds and a Shallot Vinaigrette)

Brined to retain moisture, Chef Zak’s turkey is tender, juicy and succulent. Zak’s great attention to detail brings about the most amazing stuffing, carrots, gravy and salad. Enjoy this special meal for your Christmas dinner.

Beef Wellington Dinner $225, Serves 4-6

Beef Wellington (with Mushroom Duxelles and Prosciutto) – Truffled Scalloped Potatoes – Rosemary Glazed Carrots – Madeira Wine Jus – Winter Salad (with shaved Brussel Sprouts, Pomegranate, Apple, Pumpkin Seeds and a Shallot Vinaigrette)

Zak’s Beef Wellington is an impressive holiday showstopper using one of the most tender cuts of meat there is. Chef Zak knows that paying attention to the most nuanced details involving these dishes will produce not just a delicious meal, but a culinary work of art. We hope you complete your Christmas celebration with this special meal.
