Easter comes at such a hopeful time of year, and that optimism is much more pronounced this year as a possible solution to the pandemic is in sight. Even though we are still social distancing and need to stay vigilant, let’s celebrate, no matter how small our gathering, the hope we feel for our future and the new life that is springing up all around us.

Honey Bourbon Vanilla Peach Jam

Spread on toast, try on crepes, yogurt and vanilla ice cream. This delicious jam has a light bourbon note over floral flavours of local, wildflower honey.

Raspberry Champagne Mustard Salad Dressing

Drizzle onto mixed greens and feta cheese. Also lovely spread on chicken breasts.

Beppino Occelli with Fruit and Muscat Grappa (laden with fruit and tipsy on Grappa)– Occelli al Barolo (smothered with the marc of local Nebbiolo grapes and tipsy on Barolo) – Ubriaco Prosecco (bathed in gallons of sparkling Prosecco)  –Ubriaco Pinot Rosé (Soaked in La Jara Pinot Grigio Rosé and topped with rose pedals) – Trebbione Sheep Cheese (wrapped in hay)

the Seafood Dazzler

Seafood Dazzler is a delightfully light and tasty dip for Easter entertaining. In addition to spreading on a cracker, crostini or tortilla chip, it may be used in English tea sandwiches with slices of cucumber or stuffed in cherry tomatoes. We also think it is delicious with grilled shrimp (sliced) and placed in a toasted brioche roll.
