Ordering Turkeys and Capons for Christmas

Last day to order – Monday, December 20th by Noon

Pick up dates – Wednesday, December 22nd  to Friday, December 24th by 2 p.m.

Foods available to order…Turkeys, Capons, Gravy, Stuffing, Cranberries and Herma’s Signature Products

Choosing the Size

As a general rule, a regular sized turkey will feed one person per pound of meat. For a small turkey this will be 1 1/2 pounds per person. When calculating size remember to include enough meat for delicious turkey leftovers.

Turkey – small = 14+ pounds, medium = 18+ pounds, large = 20+ pounds

Capons – small = 7+ pounds, medium = 9 pounds, large = 10+ pounds
