Rhubarb & Elderflower Cordial
Made with whole, fresh rhubarb, lemons, elderflower, and a hint of sugar, this cocktail mix hits all the best notes: sweet, tart, and subtly floral.
Ingredients: water, whole rhubarb, elderflowers, lemon juice, sugar, citric acid

Split Tree Sazerac
LIST of INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz of rye whiskey
- 0.25 oz of Absinthe
- 3/4 oz of Split Tree Rhubarb & Elderflower Cordial
- 3-4 dashes of bitters
- lemon peel
METHOD for CRAFTING the PERFECT DRINK
Rinse old fashioned glass with Absinther. Add ice, rye, bitters and Split Tree Rhubarb & Elderflower Cordial and gently stir. Garnish with a lemon peel.
Split Tree Slo-Fashioned
LIST of INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz of bourbon
- 3/4 oz of Split Tree Rhubarb & Elderflower Cordial
- 3-4 oz dashes of bitters (Angustura or Scrappy’s Orleans)
- lemon peel and cherries
METHOD for CRAFTING the PERFECT DRINK
Add ice, bourbon, and bitters to an old fashioned glass. Add Split Tree Rhubarb & Elderflower Cordial and gently stir. Garnish with a lemon peel and skewer of cherries.
Split Tree Sweet Tart
LIST of INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 oz of gin
- 1/2 oz of St. Germaine
- 3/4 oz of Split Tree Rhubarb & Elderflower Cordial
- 3-4 dashes of bitters
- lemon peel
METHOD for CRAFTING the PERFECT DRINK
Add ice, gin, St. Germaine and Split Tree Rhubarb & Elderflower Cordial to Collins glass and gently stir. Add 3-4 dashes of Dillon’s rhubarb bitters and Garnish with a lemon peel.
Blackberry and Blackcurrant Cordial
Luscious whole blackberries and blackcurrants combine with a hint of sugar and dash of fresh lemon juice to create this vibrant, regal mix. Our Blackberry & Blackcurrant Cordial is unique and versatile, pairing beautifully with vodka, gin, apple cider, or even stout beers (we recommend Guinness).
Ingredients: water, blackberries, blackcurrants, sugar, lemon juice.

Split Tree Diablo Drink Recipe
LIST of INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 oz of Tequila
- 1 tsp fresh lime juice
- 3/4 oz of Split Tree Ginger Vanilla
- 3-4 oz of soda water
- 1/2 oz of Split Tree Blackberry-Blackcurrant Cordial
METHOD for CRAFTING the PERFECT DRINK
Add ice, tequila, and soda to a high ball glass. Add Split Tree Ginger Vanilla Syrup and Split Tree Blackberry – Blackcurrant Cordial and gently stir. Garnish with a lime wedge.
Fresh Berry Lemon Gin
1oz of Split Tree Blackberry & Blackcurrant Cordial
2 oz of Dry Gin
1 tsp of fresh lemon juice
4-6 blackberries
Add ice, gin, lemon juice, half the berries and Split Tree Blackberry Blackcurrant Cordial to a shaker. Shake and
strain into an OldFashioned glass with crushed ice. Garnish with blackberries and slice of lemon
Simple Blackberry Blackcurrant Soda
1/2 oz Split Tree Blackberry Blackcurrant Cordial
5-8 oz of Soda Water
Lime juice
Lemon Wheel
Add soda water to a collins glass with ice. Add Sour Mix and gently stir. Add more Sour Mix if you like it sweeter. Add a squeeze of lime juice if you want it less sweet.

Lavender Lemon Martini
LIST of INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz of gin
- 2-3 dashes of lemon bitters
- 3/4 oz of Split Tree Lavender Lemon
- sprig of lavender or lemon slice
- 1/2 oz of dry vermouth
METHOD for CRAFTING the PERFECT DRINK
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for 10 seconds. Strain into chilled martini glass and garnish with a lavender sprig or lemon slice.
