Zak’s Prep Food Company in Cobourg – also OPEN

On April 15th Zak, whom we had the pleasure of working with over the winter, recently opened his doors to customers in Cobourg.

Herma, Harry and I enjoyed some delicious, out-of-this-world Cuban Sandwiches this Saturday. We were also fortunate to try his tacos – literally the best salsa and jalapeño sauce in all of Ontario along with other toppings. He also offers Poke Bowls and Banh Mi Sandwiches.
