Drew Jacobson of Hurt Berry Farms has a passion for spicy foods, gardening (especially chili peppers) and travelling the world. He and his business partner, Steve Best, who also has a passion for the culinary arts, create their sauces in small batches using ingredients from local Ontario farms.
They have concocted a fantastic fusion of ingredients for each of their very unique sauces. Each sauce, salsa and syrup is unique in its own right and will certainly make dining at home an adventure.

Charred Threads (the hottest)
Caribbean red and orange habaneros along with toasted Korean chili threads adds heat to fresh pineapple, fresh squeezed orange juice, wildflower honey, saffron, and garlic. Great for Tacos, eggs, wings and pizza!
This Asian-inspired sauce combines 7 pot lava red peppers, reaper peppers and Caribbean red habaneros with the Sweetness of Mandarin Oranges, numbing Citrus notes of cracked Sichuan peppercorn and pomegranate molasses. Enjoy this on tacos, grilled shrimp, chicken wings, spring rolls, dim sum, seared tuna and in wonton soup.
A blisteringly delicious hot salsa that involves roasted Ontario heirloom tomatoes, red bell peppers, fresh garlic, onion, aged balsamic, apple cider vinegars, tart pomegranate juice, Javanese peppers, and hot peppers like…reaper, bhutlahs, scorpion and habanero. Great on pizza, tacos, seafood, in Bloody Mary’s/Caesars, hummus, and guacamole.
This milder hot sauce combines a love of Mexican style verde (green) sauces with the spices of East Indian cuisine. Combines roasted Serrano, jalapeno, tomatillos, fresh green and yellow bell peppers, green onions, fresh garlic, freshly squeezed lime juice, and lime zest, with ground turmeric, coconut cream and garam masala (a base for Indian curry). Beautiful on tacos, eggs and in curries.
