Vintage Pizza Pie Co. Pizzas
The Vintage Pizza Pie Co. prepares their pizzas in Northumberland County the old fashioned way using only 4 ingredients – flour, water, salt and yeast. Their pizzas are baked in a 3000 pound Le Panyol Camelot oven, burning exclusively apple wood, lilac wood, hard maple & oak to reach and maintain temperatures in excess of 900 degrees. The result? A freshly baked, flame kissed dough – blistered yet pliable, chewy yet delicate, a perfectly cooked Neapolitan pizza.
Preheat to 450 and bake from frozen for 5-6 min.

Halloumi Cheese – Great for the Grill!
Grilled halloumi cheese is quick and easy to make on your home barbecue grill. You can enjoy grilled halloumi slices or you can make it part of cheese and vegetable skewers.
Halloumi cheese is traditionally made from sheep’s milk on the Greek island of Cyprus.
Halloumi has a higher melting point than you will find with most types of cheese, so it won’t fall through the grates of your barbecue, which makes it a great candidate for grilling. You’ll also get attractive grill marks on the cheese.
Don’t be tempted to take a bite of the fresh halloumi cheese just out of the package—it’s a bit oddly textured and rubbery. It is brined, which adds saltiness and a greater depth of flavor than mozzarella (which has a similar texture). On the grill (or even just pan-fried in a skillet), halloumi cheese really comes alive and bursts with deliciousness.
Pair alongside a salad with dates or figs, skewer the cheese with onions and mushrooms and grill or enjoy in a grilled cheese sandwich. So many possibilities. Find at Herma’s!
