Cheese & Charcuterie Board Demonstration

Saturday, October 5th at 12 p.m., $75 + tax pp

Our love of cheese is unflagging, and we are excited to offer this demonstration on how to use our brilliant range of cheese and meats to entertain your family and guests over the holiday season, or indeed, all year round. You will leave this class with the confidence to build your own board, artistically arranging fruits, nuts, condiments and even chocolate in a way that will delight you and your guests.

Emile Henry – The Bread Cloche

This dish uses the same technique as a traditional bread oven to bake delicious loaves. The curve in its lid exactly recreates the dome of traditional bread ovens, giving the bread the correct humidity level as it bakes.

Emile Henry Round Bread Baker

This round baking dish is similar to the cloche, above, except that it is flat on top without a handle. This allows you to  turn the round lid upside down in order to use as a bowl for preparing dough.

Galantino L’Affiorato Extra Virgin Olive Oil
