Devil’s Rock Blue Cheese

A creamy and slightly sharp blue cheese that is beautiful in salads, soups, sauces, tossed with pastas, or found on a cheese platter. Pair with Chardonnay, Sherry, or any dessert wine.

Ossau-Iraty cheese

This special raw sheep’s milk cheese combines two regions of France in the Western Pyrenees – Ossau in the valley of the Bearn and Iraty in the Beech Forests of the Pays Basque. It has a nutty, robust taste with supple and creamy texture. Pair with Zinfandel or Shiraz.
