LETTER FROM HERMA’S CHEESE EXPERTS
Summer’s end is fast approaching. Don’t fret, however, as we’re really looking forward to the beginning of the next lovely season!! Here are three suggestions that are here and ready to be picked up!
This raw ewes milk cheese, a fan favorite, hails from the Western Pyrenees of France and is produced only from Manech and Basco-Bearnaise sheep that graze the Basque region of this wonderful land between France and Spain. When the cheese is produced from winter milkings, the flavour is herbaceous with notes of nutty fruit. In summer, grassy and flowery…come in and try this amazing cheese. Perfect with a Tempranillo red wine from Spain, or a full body white.
Chateau de Bourgogne
We have a healthy supply of this cheese and stocked up for the long weekend. It’s a very sexy creamy cheese that tastes like butter just melting in your mouth.
