Brooklyn Delhi Sauces – All you wanted to know! – Herma’s Fine Foods & Gifts

Brooklyn Delhi Recipe

Tofu Tikka Masala

Ingredients

1 block extra firm tofu, cubed or 3 Chicken Breasts

1 tbsp. high heat, mild flavored oil such as sunflower

1 jar Brooklyn Delhi Tikka Masala (find at Herma’s)

1/2 cup coconut milk (find at Herma’s)

chopped cilantro

Instructions

Turn heat to medium-high. In a non-stick pan, add the oil. Add in cubed tofu in a single layer. Sautee for about 7-9 minutes until golden brown, flipping cubes until evenly brown.

If using chicken, place in pan or crock pot until cooked through. Cube or slice to your liking.

Add 1 jar Brooklyn Delhi Tikka Masala sauce. Pour 1/2 cup coconut milk into the empty jar and shake it up. Pour the contents into the pan and simmer until heated through. Add salt if needed. Garnish with chopped cilantro.

Serve with rice (found at Herma’s), plain yogurt and Brooklyn Delhi Mango Chutney (found at Herma’s).

Mop up sauce with naan bread if desired.
