Panettone French Toast Recipe
Whisk milk, sugar, eggs, vanilla and cinnamon until smooth.
Dip the panettone in the egg mixture and soak well.
In a large ovenproof, non-stick skillet, over medium-high heat, cook panettone slices in 2 tbsp of butter until browned on both sides.
Return all of the panettone to the skillet. Transfer to the oven and bake at 400 F for 5 minutes to heat through.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Enjoy with a side of yogurt and orange slices.
